My comment: This is what my beach looks like when it needs 'therapy', which unfortunately happens all too often. I've been to the beach on cold, grey post-storm days when I saw this and worse and picked up and cried. Most of this garbage comes from the coastal cities in LA county. So please if you live in a coastal city, don't throw your trash down in the streets. it gets washed into the storm drains and then out to sea. YUCK!
